This advanced certification enables me to provide specialized care for clients with specific foot concerns, such as diabetes, thick nails, or severe calluses. My expertise extends to a comprehensive understanding of foot anatomy, disease recognition, and stringent sanitation practices, allowing me to address complex foot issues with confidence and precision. Reach me on Instagram (@Tatisnailsnc) or TEXT 910-586-3701📲 ⸻ 📅 BEFORE YOU BOOK 1. I ONLY WORK OVER MY OWN WORK. * Please book a removal if you currently have product from another nail technician. 2. Please book the correct service. * If additional time or services are required beyond what was reserved, I may be unable to accommodate them during your appointment, and a new appointment may be required. 3. Clients must be at least 15 years of age or older. 4. Services cannot be performed on nails or feet with suspected fungal infections, open wounds, active bleeding, or exposed nail beds. ⸻ 🚫 APPOINTMENT POLICIES 1. No Guests or Children 🚩Guests and children are not permitted in my private medical shop. 🚩 If a guest or child accompanies you, they must leave before your appointment begins. 🚩If this policy cannot be followed, your appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply. * If you require assistance due to a disability or medical need, please contact me beforehand. 2. Please arrive on time. * A 15-minute grace period is provided. * Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and applicable cancellation fees. 3. If you choose not to receive a booked service during your appointment, you will still be charged for the originally reserved time and service. ⸻ 💳 BOOKING & PAYMENT 1. All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. 2. Credit and debit card payments are accepted. * A 2.6% processing fee applies. ⸻ ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY * 24-hour cancellations: 50% * Same-day cancellations: 100% * No-call/no-shows: 100% and may result in a permanent booking ban. * Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. * Rescheduling the same appointment more than once is treated as a cancellation. * After three cancellations/reschedules, you will no longer be eligible to book. ⸻ 👤 CLIENT CONDUCT * I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior. ⸻ ❤️ RETURNING CLIENTS * Clients inactive for more than three months will be considered new clients and subject to current availability. ⸻ 🛠️ REPAIRS * If something happens beyond your control, I will repair up to two nails free within one week of your appointment. ⸻ 🩺 Certified Master Pedicure (CMP) CMP appointments begin with a consultation and assessment of your feet and nails to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. Depending on your condition and appointment availability, treatment may be performed the same day. In some cases, a follow-up appointment may be required. * Treatment plans may require multiple appointments depending on your condition. * Please provide an accurate medical history and inform me of any health conditions or medications that may affect your treatment. * Home care and follow-up appointments are essential for the best possible results. * Results cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on factors such as home care, consistency with follow-up appointments, and individual nail growth. * If your condition falls outside my scope of practice, I may recommend evaluation by a physician or podiatrist before treatment can continue. ⸻ 📦 PACKAGE DETAILS Packages are a reoccurring subscription that charges monthly and can be canceled at any time. Billing dates will reoccur on the same date of purchase each month. If members wish to end their package, they must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date. If members cancel within 24 hours, they will not be refunded for the charge. Packages are nonrefundable. Services do not roll over into the next month. Services are nontransferable. *The silver package covers regular fill-ins, cut-downs, and color or builder color selection, with nail art available as an extra service for a separate fee.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, will incur a fee of 50% to the card on file. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of service to the card on file.
